The benefit of this is that your site will have a unique, one-off design that only a hand made website can offer. Template based websites have a certain lifeless look and feel to them which the website user picks up on, and has probably seen the exact same design on numerous other websites. Sites like this not only have a much less impressive presence & aura, but more importantly can impact the level of trust the user has in you, your site and your business.
